This exciting role is a key member of Nene Park Trust’s Events team, delivering an exciting programme of cultural, sporting, educational and community events. Our events increase access and participation from all sectors of the community, meeting the objectives of our National Lottery funded Your Community Greenspace project.

The role will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following:

• Work as part of the Visitor Engagement team to achieve high standards of community and visitor service.
• Take a key role in ensuring accurate monitoring and evaluation processes are in place and are being delivered, especially for the Your Community Greenspace Project.
• Work in partnership with communities, organisations and with an active and committed group of events volunteers to support the delivery of the events programme all year round.

 In addition, the ideal candidate will naturally demonstrate the following characteristics: 

• An enthusiasm for engaging with all sections of the community.
• A collaborative team player, keen to contribute at all levels.
• A creative thinker, able to communicate ideas well.
