Thorpe Meadows

Thorpe Meadows is a peaceful Park on the edge of Peterborough, just east of Ferry Meadows. At its heart is a purpose-built rowing lake, surrounded by riverside paths, a unique sculpture collection, plus a mini playground and a cosy café serving tasty treats.

Nene Park stretches west from Ferry Meadows all the way to the A1, offering a scenic landscape to explore. Rich in history, the Rural Estate also features visible remains of Ermine Street, the Roman road linking London to York, which can still be walked today.
